Nicholas Groeneweg

Nicholas Groeneweg is an accomplished professional in advanced technologies and engineering, currently serving as Principal at HOKA since August 2025, focusing on innovative materials and engineering systems. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Technology Creation at Adidas Innovation from October 2017 to October 2024, where Nicholas led the development of the STRUNG technology suite, significantly reducing product development time. Earlier positions at Adidas included Manager of Mechanical Engineering and Assistant Manager of Mechanical Engineering, contributing to advancements in particle foam manufacturing and midsole support systems.
