Cesar Silerio

Cesar Silerio has extensive experience in risk management, currently serving as the Director of Risk for North America at Holcim since June 2007, where Cesar also leads Americas Insurance Regional Operations for Property & Casualty and Health & Benefits. Prior roles include Risk Manager at Aggregate Industries US from March 2011 to November 2015, Corporate Risk Manager at Alfa S.A. de C.V. from 2002 to 2007, and International Vice President at Advanced Risk International, where Cesar worked from 1999 to 2002. Additionally, Cesar Silerio was the International Risk Manager at CEMEX from 1992 to 1999. Cesar Silerio holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from Tecnológico de Monterrey, earned between 1987 and 1991.
