Victor Cabutí Rohmund

Victor Cabutí Rohmund is a seasoned professional in Talent Management and Sales, currently serving as Senior Team Lead Talent Management at Holidu since February 2018. In this role, Victor leads and motivates the Talent Management team, defining the recruiting strategy and co-developing the Employer Value Proposition. Prior to this, Victor held various positions at Holidu, including Team Lead Talent Management and Team Lead Sales & Account Management, where responsibilities included managing high-performing teams and optimizing key accounts in the Spanish market. Earlier experience includes a role in Inhouse Consulting at Siemens, where Victor conducted market analysis and developed business strategies. Victor holds a Master in International Management from Esade and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Esade, complemented by an exchange semester at the University of Melbourne.
