Matthew Kuykendall

Matthew Kuykendall currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Development at Holladay Properties, a position held since March 2022. Prior to this role, Matthew was the Vice President of Development at Chesterfield from January 2019 to March 2022 and served as Development Manager at Holladay Properties from August 2016 to January 2019. Matthew's career began as a Project Engineer at Stone & Howorth and Barge, Waggoner, Sumner and Cannon, Inc., where tenures spanned from November 2015 to November 2015 and June 2010 to November 2015, respectively. Matthew also gained early experience as a CAD Technician at Finyl Sales in 2009. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University, graduating in 2010.
