Rozan Dekker

Rozan Dekker is currently the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and a member of the Management Board at a.s.r., having held the CRO position from 2022 to 2023. Rozan serves on the Supervisory Board of both SEO Amsterdam Economics and Knab, and has been a member of the Supervisory Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Holland Casino since 2016. Previously, Rozan held various leadership roles at Delta Lloyd, including CFRO of Delta Lloyd Bank and Director of Amstelhuys. Rozan began their career at Ernst & Young, where they worked as a consultant and manager, and has additional experience from roles at Swiss Re. Rozan's education includes a degree in Risk Management in Banking from INSEAD and participation in the Supervisory Board Program at Nyenrode Business Universiteit.
