Sarah Chitsaz

Sarah Chitsaz is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in development and management. Currently serving as a Senior Development Manager at Holland Partner Group since April 2024, Sarah has previously co-founded Phoenix Holdings Partners, a rental housing developer focused on creating purpose-built communities of single-family rental homes. Other roles include Senior Development Executive at Waypoint Residential, and various leadership positions at Greystar, including Director of Development & Construction and Director of Corporate Finance. Prior experience includes Senior Manager at Boeing and Senior Consultant at IBM. Sarah Chitsaz holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Georgia Institute of Technology, earned in 2005.
