Michael Matloub

Chief Strategy Officer at Holler

Michael Matloub is the current Chief Strategy Officer at Holler. Prior to their current position, Matloub served as the Vice President of Product Development for Cotiviti from May 1997 to January 2019. In their role at Cotiviti, Matloub was responsible for designing and delivering transformative technology and business process improvements that helped the company reach its next major inflection point. Michael led a team of volunteers that delivered successful results in an otherwise faltering transformation effort.

Matloub was directed to focus on the largest areas of opportunity for Cotiviti, which included existing operations, transformations, and new product/service design and delivery. Each engagement involved immersion into the current operation with an understanding of customer needs, and devising a forward-looking and market disruptive multi-year vision. Matloub's responsibilities were to deliver the first iteration and then hand off responsibility and the roadmap for each area. Their major focus areas included commercial and government COB, workflow automation, healthcare EDI, and payment integrity.

Under Matloub's leadership, Cotiviti was able to successfully design and implement transformative technology and business processes that helped the company reach its next major inflection point. Thanks to their efforts, Cotiviti is now a well-established leader in the industry.

Michael Matloub holds a BS in finance from Stony Brook University and a BS from the University of Maryland. Michael also attended Syosset High School.

They are on a team with Sarah Aitken - CMO, Patrick Perrin - Chief Scientist, AI & Research, and Pat Giles - Head of Studio. Michael Matloub reports to Travis Montaque, Founder & CEO.
