Paul O'Malley

Paul O'Malley is an experienced professional in manufacturing and engineering, currently serving as the Director of Site Operations at Hollister Incorporated since June 2012. O'Malley has held multiple roles within the company, including Plant Manager for Continence Care and Engineering Manager, leading efforts to implement Total Productive Manufacturing (TPM) and Reliability Engineering. Previously, O'Malley contributed to Hollister as a Senior Process Engineer, spearheading the launch of a new Manufacturing Cleanroom facility and receiving the IMDA award for ‘Excellence In Product Innovation.’ O'Malley also has a background as a Manufacturing Engineer at Boston Scientific, overseeing teams and projects related to drug-eluting stent manufacturing. Earlier experience includes a role at Oasis International, where O'Malley led plant facilities initiatives and team training in Poland. O'Malley holds a BTech degree in Manufacturing from the University of Limerick.
