Ian Penney is the Business Unit Director for Showrooms at Homebase. Ian has been with the company since January 2020, and has been instrumental in leading the Showrooms business rebuild across Kitchens, Bedrooms and Bathrooms. Under Ian's direction, the Showrooms team has seen significant double digit growth and market share gains.

 Ian is responsible for overall Digital, Commercial, operations and selling for the business unit. Andy Coleman is currently the CFO at Homebase. Andy has over 20 years of experience in the retail industry, having held senior positions at Coles, [Sainsbury's](/org/sainsburys), and [Tesco](/org/tesco).

Andy began their career at [Tesco](/org/tesco) in 1998, where they spent 7 years as Stores Director. Paul Cannon is the current Director of Information Technology at Homebase. Prior to this, they were the Head of Retail IT at [Wickes](/org/wickes) from August 2015 to June 2018. Before that, they were the Business Development Systems Manager / Store Technology Proposition Manager at B&Q from October 2001 to June 2015. In this role, they were responsible for the initiation, business design, and delivery of B&Q Spaces - a game changer in its sector! Samantha Culver is currently the Director of People, Culture and Business Development at Homebase. Prior to this, they were with [Whitbread](/org/whitbread) from June 2018 to January 2020 as their Business Change and Transformation Director. Before that, they were the Director of the Rephael House Counselling Centre from March 2018 to August 2021, where they were also a volunteer board member. From September 2017 to August 2019, Samantha was the Director of their own consultancy firm, Samantha Culver Consultancy LTD, providing coaching services. Nina Findley is a retail professional with over 18 years of experience in the industry. Nina began their career as a Senior Buyer at Woolworths in 2003 and has since held positions at [Ocado Group](/org/ocado-group), Superdrug, and Home Retail Group PLC. In March 2016, they joined Homebase as the Director of Home and has been with the company for over five years. Nina has a proven track record of success in managing product ranges, developing strategies to drive sales growth, and delivering excellent customer service. Nina is an expert in their field and is passionate about helping their team succeed.

Neil Hill is the current Head of People & Leadership at Homebase. Prior to this, they were a Regional Manager at Arco Ltd from September 2009 to January 2013 where they supported 24 branches and managed 150 colleagues with a focus on new culture/structure change, increased sales, and ensuring attainment of bottom-line profitability of the trade counter model; streamlined day-to-day operations of the region. Neil also led multiple project groups to support in creating new policies, planning material and event for yearly trade counter management conference, and nationwide sales events. Some key contributions during their time at Arco Ltd include repeatedly surpassing sales growth targets with their final year tracking at +7.5% LFL as well as delivering several service workshops that improved test shop results from 71% to 91%. 

From May 2009 to September 2009, Neil Hill was the Sales Office Manager at [Ginsters Limited](/org/ginsters-limited) where they led a team of 15 staff members to grow their accounts while slashing costs and improving cost efficiency. Neil promoted and improved employee effectiveness through performance management system which then maximised employees skills, improved operational efficiency and resulted in 4.5% cost reduction.

Dave Elliott has over 25 years of experience in the retail industry, starting their career in 1989 as a Merchandise Category Manager for C&A. In 1998, they joined Loch Retail Consultancy before moving to B&Q in 2004, where they spent 8 years as the Director of Multi Channel. In 2012, Dave moved to Homebase, where they are currently the Commercial and Marketing Director. During their time at Homebase, Dave has been responsible for growing sales and revenue across all key categories and bridging the multichannel knowledge gap for key functions.
