Samantha Culver is currently the Director of People, Culture and Business Development at Homebase. Prior to this, they were with Whitbread from June 2018 to January 2020 as their Business Change and Transformation Director. Before that, they were the Director of the Rephael House Counselling Centre from March 2018 to August 2021, where they were also a volunteer board member. From September 2017 to August 2019, Samantha was the Director of their own consultancy firm, Samantha Culver Consultancy LTD, providing coaching services. Her professional career started at Tesco in September 2003 where they worked their way up to the position of Director Operating Model, a position they held until they left in July 2017.
Samantha Culver has a BSc in Human Geography from Cardiff University in Wales. Samantha also has A levels in Geography, Fine Art, English Language, and General Studies from Itchen College in Southampton. In addition, they have GCSE's 3 A's and 6 B's in English, Maths, Science from Brookfield School. Samantha is also certified from the BRC in Learning and from ILM in coaching and mentoring. Finally, they have a certification from the Business Learning Foundation in Advanced Coaching.
