Rita Wittek

Rita Wittek is currently the Head of People at Homerun. Prior to this, they were with Usabilla as a Customer Success manager and before that, they were with Wercker as a Vibe Manager.

Rita has always been focused on creating a healthy work environment that promotes optimal success for all. At Usabilla, they were responsible for the support, training, best practice coaching, and implementation process of the Usabilla tool for their customer portfolio. Rita also actively managed customer relationships and made sure that the customers were as successful as possible in using our product.

At Wercker, their role was to help smooth culture, communications, and connection between the different locations spanning multiple time zones as well as handling all HR related activities. Rita was also responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of new werckers as well as the employee experience. Rita curated culture, identified key values and employee preferences, and worked hard to create a balanced environment that upholds those values and encourages productivity.

Rita Wittek has a Master of Arts in Asian Studies from Leiden University, a Bachelor's degree in Chinastudies from Leiden University, and a Eidgenössische Matura in Modern languages from Kantonsschule Wiedikon, Zürich, Switzerland. Rita also has a certification from the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI) in Search Inside Yourself Leadership training.

They are on a team with Arkaitz Garro - Head of Engineering, Joris Zaalberg - Head of Design, and Adelina Peltea - Chief Operating Officer. Rita Wittek reports to Willem van Roosmalen, CEO & Co-founder.
