Rachael Gilman, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent development, human resources, and organizational management. Currently serving as the Home Purchase Advisor Manager, Learning & Talent Development Director, and Human Resources Director at Homewise Inc. since March 2014, Rachael focuses on equipping staff with the necessary tools to excel in their roles and contribute to community support.
