Alyssa Patnode

Alyssa Patnode is currently the Head of People & Culture at Honeycomb. Alyssa has previously served as the VP of People & Culture at Apex.AI, the Head of Employee Engagement & Experience at Couchbase, and the People Director at Wunderman Thompson. Alyssa has also worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting and as a Global Consultant at Groesbeek Advisors. Prior to their career in consulting, Alyssa served as a Naval Officer in the US Navy from December 2000 to September 2016.

Alyssa Patnode has a Master's of Science in Global Leadership from University of San Diego School of Business, a Change Management certificate from Cornell University, and a Harvard Humanitarian Initiative - Joint Humanitarian Operations certificate from Harvard Kennedy School. Alyssa also has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from University of San Diego School of Business and is an Olmsted Scholar from Beijing Foreign Studies University.
