Karthik Ganapathi

Karthik Ganapathi is the Vice President and Managing Director of Technology for Honeywell in India. Karthik has over two decades of experience in technology and operations management. Karthik has a proven track record in driving value creation and turnaround strategies for Fortune 500 companies and private equity firms.

Karthik began their career as a software engineer, before moving into management consulting with EY. Karthik then joined AIP/Aerospace Holdings, LLC as the General Manager of Global Aftermarket Services and Vice President of Operations. In this role, they were responsible for the end-to-end P&L of the aftermarket business, which included sales, order-to-cash, and service delivery. Karthik grew revenue four-fold through new offers and pricing structures, improved margins by 20%, and harmonized operations across Ascent companies.

In their current role at Honeywell, Karthik is responsible for leading the company’s technology strategy and operations in India. Under their leadership, Honeywell has seen significant growth in India, with double-digit revenue growth in 2018.

Karthik Ganapathi has a MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with a focus in finance and strategic management. Karthik also has a MS in materials engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology. Their BS is also in materials engineering from National Institute of Technology Rourkela.

They are on a team with Ken Chen - GM, Honeywell Connected Enterprise China, Jason Skinder - Chief Intellectual Property Counsel, Connected Enterprise, and Hetal Shah - CTO. Their manager is Kevin Dehoff, President & CEO, Connected Enterprise.
