Franklin Chan

Franklin CHAN is a seasoned professional in the Oil and Gas sector with extensive experience in management and supply chain operations. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager at ECO Orient Energy (Thailand) Limited since July 2013, Franklin CHAN oversees top management functions. Previously, Franklin CHAN held the position of Head of Supply Chain, managing procurement, contract management, inventory, logistics, and crude fleet operations for an onshore oil company in Thailand. With a notable career spanning over two decades, Franklin CHAN has also served as Assistant Vice President at The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited, focusing on procurement and supply chain management in various coal-related projects in China, as well as overseeing significant projects in Thailand. Franklin CHAN's qualifications include an MSc in Industrial Management & Industrial Engineering and a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Hong Kong, along with additional leadership training from prestigious institutions.
