Kwek Ken Wee

Mr Kwek Ken Wee was appointed General Manager, Group Human Resources of Hong Leong Asia ("HLA") on 1 December 2014, and he was redesignated as Chief Human Resource Officer & Head of Special Projects with effect from 1 January 2021.

Mr Kwek Ken Wee's main responsibilities are to develop and implement policies and procedures for the Company, manage workforce development, oversee Human Resource functions for China and Asia Pacific regions, uphold Human Resource's core values and quality so as to meet the short and long term business requirements and objectives of the Company.

Mr. Kwek Ken Wee holds a Bachelor of Science in Business & Management Studies from University of Bradford (U.K). He brings with him over 20 years of extensive human resource experience with regional exposure from a variety of industries which he has gained from working in various public listed companies. Prior to joining HLA, Mr. Kwek Ken Wee was the Director of Human Capital at Raffles Education Corporation Limited, Singapore.
