Sharon Koh

Sharon Koh is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in talent development and employee engagement. Currently serving as Head of HRBP and Head of Talent Development & Employee Engagement at Hong Leong Bank Berhad since May 2017, Sharon previously held senior roles at HSBC Bank Malaysia, including Head of Resourcing and Head of Learning and Development. Additionally, Sharon has held positions at Citi, Scope International, Merck, Sharp & Dohme, Citibank Bhd, AIG, and Malaysia Airlines, demonstrating a diverse career that spans various aspects of human resources and organizational development. Sharon holds an LLB Hons in Law from the University of London.
