Cornelia Kwok

Cornelia Kwok currently serves as General Manager of Omni Digital Products & Data Analytics at Hongkong Land Limited since July 2025. Prior to this role, Cornelia held the position of General Manager for CRM at New World Development Company Limited/K11 Concepts Management Limited from January 2024 to April 2025 and served as Assistant General Manager for Group Customer Ecosystem & Relationship Management at New World Development Company Limited from November 2021 to December 2023. Cornelia's experience at Shiseido includes roles such as Global Head of CRM in the Digital Transformation Office and Director of Data Strategy & Innovation, among other positions within the company. Earlier career experiences include various roles at Procter & Gamble, culminating as Team Leader of the HK ASW Team. Cornelia holds a BBA in Management from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and completed the MIT Sloan Executive Education program in 2019.
