Katie Schowengerdt

Katie Schowengerdt is an experienced professional in the field of operations and education, currently serving as a Senior Manager of Field Operations at Honor since November 2021. Prior to this role, Katie held various positions at Home Care from July 2017 to November 2021, including Regional Director and Head of Operations, where responsibilities included managing client and caregiver relationships and launching new geographic operations. Earlier experience also includes work as a Care Navigator at Hometeam from September 2015 to July 2017, and as a Lead Teacher at Success Academy Charter Schools from August 2013 to August 2015, focusing on classroom management and data-driven instruction.
