Andrea Frey

Andrea Frey is a partner at Hooper, Lundy & Bookman, P.C. since October 2016, previously serving as senior counsel and health care associate attorney. Education includes a Juris Doctor in Health Law from the University of Washington School of Law (2012-2015), a Master's Degree in Public Health with a focus on Health Systems & Policy from the University of Washington, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs, Economics, and Spanish from Tufts University (2005-2009). Prior roles include Hazelton Fellow Research Assistant with Professor Anna Mastroianni, summer associate at Hooper, Lundy & Bookman, P.C., and various legal intern positions at Seattle Children's, Washington Medical-Legal Partnership, the Washington Attorney General's Office (UW Division - Health Care), and Law Students for Reproductive Justice. Frey also worked as a program assistant for the UCSF - UC Hastings Consortium on Law, Science & Health Policy from April 2011 to August 2012.
