Carrie Ferroukhi

Carrie Ferroukhi is currently the VP of finance and accounting at Hoover Ferguson. Carrie has over fifteen years of experience in accounting and finance, with a focus on small and mid-size companies. Carrie has a proven track record of optimizing accounting and finance functions to improve results. Carrie is also experienced in managing teams of accountants and financial analysts.

Prior to joining Hoover Ferguson, Carrie was the co-founder and managing partner of Arcus Advisors, a consulting firm that helps companies improve their results by optimizing their accounting and finance functions. Carrie also spent 11 years as the CFO and managing director of AXIA Partners, Consulting. In this role, they were responsible for the financial planning and analysis, treasury, risk management, and human resources functions.

Carrie began their career as a staff accountant at Hi/Lo Auto Supply. Carrie then spent four years as an experienced senior at Arthur Andersen & Co. prior to joining AXIA Partners.

Carrie holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of XYZ and is a certified public accountant (CPA).
