Sam Gibson - Massey

Sam Gibson-Massey is an experienced professional with a diverse background in employee wellbeing, brand experience, multimedia communications, and creative production. As the Founder and CEO of Hope Platform since February 2022, Sam focuses on improving employee wellbeing and enhancing productivity for businesses. Prior experience at ThoughtWorks included roles such as Global M&A Specialist and Global Brand Experience Lead, where Sam developed strategies for employee integration and crafted immersive brand experiences. Additionally, co-founding Number 8 Studios allowed for the production of original content, while previous work as a professional actor laid the groundwork for a successful career in creative industries. Educational achievements include a BA (Hons) in Acting from the Guildford School of Acting and foundational training at the Oxford School of Drama.
