Susana Sosa

Susana Sosa is currently the Support Services Manager at Hope Builders. Susana has been with the company since 2013, originally starting as the Training Supervisor II. In this role, they were responsible for supervising trainees enrolled in the Business Applications Program, as well as coordinating all programming components and communicating with stakeholders.

In 2015, Susana was promoted to their current position as Support Services Manager. In this role, they manage a team of customer service representatives and is responsible for ensuring that they provide quality service to Hope Builder’s clients. Susana also develops and implements customer service policies and procedures.

Susana Sosa has a Master's in Counseling from California State University, Long Beach and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of California, Los Angeles.
