The board of directors at Horizon Bank has a history of experience in various industries and types of education. Some previous experiences of the board members include working as an administrative assistant to the chancellor at Purdue University Northwest, rental property manager at self-owned, and principal at Shive-Hattery Inc. The board members also have a variety of educational backgrounds, including studying human resources/OLS at Purdue University Northwest and architecture at Ball State University.
