Fernando Araiza

Fernando Araiza, LMSW, currently serves as the Clinical Program Director at Horizon Health and Wellness since June 2023. Previously, Fernando held the position of 988 Crisis Therapist at La Frontera - Empact SPC from August 2018 to August 2023 and worked as a School Social Worker for the Roosevelt School District from July 2019 to May 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Program Supervisor at the Arizona Department of Child Safety from October 2011 to July 2019, a Crisis Intern at La Frontera EMPACT - Suicide Prevention Center from August 2017 to May 2018, and a Medical Social Work Intern at HonorHealth from August 2016 to May 2017. Fernando earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Arizona State University between 2015 and 2018.
