Terrence Culbreath

Terrence Culbreath has over three decades of experience in human services, with a focus on developmental and behavioral health. Currently serving as Development and Training Manager and Program Director at Horizon House, Inc. since July 2013, Terrence has also held roles including Associate Executive Director at NHS Management Services and The Association for Independent Growth, Inc. Additionally, Terrence has extensive experience as a Direct Support Professional at Special People In The Northeast and previously worked as a Mental Health Coordinator and Program Manager at Human Services Consultants. Educationally, Terrence holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Behavioral Health & Human Services from Alvernia University and multiple qualifications from Community College of Philadelphia, including an Associate Degree in Behavioral Health and several certificates in Disability Studies and Human Services.
