At Carat USA, Charlie led new business teams responsible for winning blue chip accounts including Pfizer/Warner-Lambert, Hyundai/Kia, CBS, Radio Shack, New Line Cinema and Adidas.

In May 2004, Charlie became the CEO of MPG, where they were responsible for professional and operational oversight for all media services in the US and Canada. During their time at MPG, Charlie won over $1.5 billion in new business and successfully integrated digital and traditional media services. Charlie also created an industry leading data and analytics team.

In January 2009, Charlie became the President of End Zone Communications. EZC is a marketing consulting company designed to help customers increase their productivity in media communications.
