Pascale Witz is a French business executive who has served in various leadership roles in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Pascale is currently a director at Horizon Pharma Plc.

Witz began their career as a co-founder and executive board member of Cercle InterElles, a French organization that promotes women's leadership in business. Pascale then served as President & CEO of GE Healthcare's pharmaceutical business from 2009 to 2013.

In 2015, Witz joined Sanofi as Executive Vice President of Diabetes & Cardiovascular. Pascale was promoted to Executive Vice President of Pharma & Consumer Healthcare in 2013. Pascale left Sanofi in 2016 to join Groupe SAVENCIA as a member of their Board of Directors.

Witz joined TESARO, Inc. as a member of their Board of Directors in 2018. TESARO was acquired by GSK in 2019 for $5.1 billion. Pascale served on the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee during their time with TESARO. Witz left TESARO in 2019 to join Horizon Pharma Plc as their Director.

Pascale Witz has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from INSEAD in Economics & Marketing, as well as a Master's Degree in Molecular Biology / Biochemistry / Life Sciences from INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon.
