Jacqueline Duggan

Jacqueline Duggan is a dedicated maritime professional currently serving as a Second Mate and previously as a Third Mate at HORNBECK OFFSHORE® since October 2022. In addition to this role, Jacqueline is a mentor with the Woman Offshore Mentorship Program since May 2023. Jacqueline's experience spans various positions in the maritime industry, including deckhand roles at Plymouth Harbor Mooring Service and The Interlake Steamship Company, as well as quality control assistance at Burnham Associates, Inc. Jacqueline has a strong background in healthcare as a Certified Nursing Assistant with the American Red Cross, where responsibilities included hospice care and home support. Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Transportation from Massachusetts Maritime Academy and has participated in leadership programs focused on the Merchant Marine lifestyle.
