Isaac Feng

Isaac Feng is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Support Manager at Hothead Games since December 2017, following a role as IT Support Specialist/System Admin. Prior to this, Isaac worked at Apple as a Genius Bar Technician and Product Specialist from November 2012 to June 2024, providing technical support and product workshops. Additional experience includes working as a Support Analyst at the University of British Columbia, delivering IT support to a large faculty, and earlier roles in customer service and sales at Starbucks and R&R Music. Isaac holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Victoria and has pursued further education at the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
