Sophia Miceli, MBA, has a diverse background in business management, marketing, and franchise ownership. Currently serving as a TRS at Organogenesis since July 2024, Miceli also operates Texas Made Company and owns a franchise with HOTWORX. Previous roles include Texas Territory Director at DUB Enterprises, Marketing Strategy & Branding Consultant for Venator Materials Plc, and COO as well as Director of Marketing and Business Development for Legends Sports Complex.
