Billy Goldstein

Billy Goldstein is an accomplished finance and consulting professional with a robust background in technology, media, and telecom sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Houlihan Lokey since April 2025, Billy focuses on expanding initiatives in digital infrastructure. Billy also holds a Managing Director role at Persevent Group LLC since June 2019, specializing in strategy and consulting for tech-enabled businesses. Previously, as Partner and Managing Director at CDX Advisors, Billy advised on over $22 billion in M&A transactions. Billy has significant experience with Star Mountain Capital as a Senior Advisor, along with previous leadership roles at Sterling, Macquarie Capital, Goldman Sachs, and JP Morgan. Billy earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
