Phil Adams

Phil Adams brings extensive experience in the finance and advisory sectors, currently serving as President of HL Europe and Head of the Global Technology Group at Houlihan Lokey since December 2021. In addition to this role, Phil is a volunteer and investor at Altrincham Football Club as of June 2023. Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Phil was the CEO of GCA Altium, an M&A advisory firm, from November 1996 to December 2021. Phil's academic background includes a degree from the University of Nottingham, attained between January 1985 and January 1988, and an earlier education at SFX from January 1978 to January 1985.
