Cynthia Brackett

Cynthia Brackett is an experienced professional in workforce development and program management, currently serving as the Chief Impact and Program Officer at Hour Children, Inc. since April 2025. Previously, Brackett held several key positions at the Center for Employment Opportunities from March 2010 to June 2025, including Senior Director of Vocational Services, where responsibilities encompassed managing program teams, redesigning life skills curricula, and developing training for staff working with formerly incarcerated individuals. Brackett's background in counseling is supported by a Master of Science in Guidance and Counseling from The College of New Rochelle and a Bachelor's degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College (CUNY), along with a Certificate in Career Development.
