Tanya Federoff

Tanya Federoff, Pharm.D., IgCP, serves as the Pharmacist in Charge at House Rx starting April 2024, where responsibilities include overseeing pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing inventory, and providing clinical guidance. Previously, Tanya held the position of Lead Oncology Clinical Pharmacist at California Specialty Pharmacy from August 2021 to March 2024, focusing on chemotherapy regimens and clinical program development. Prior experience includes roles as a Specialty Pharmacist at Avita and various pharmacy intern positions at institutions such as Kindred Hospital Rehabilitation Services and St. Joseph Health. Tanya earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Chapman University School of Pharmacy in 2019.
