Guy Silverman

COO at House Studios

Guy has always had a passion for business and excelled as an entrepreneur. As a pragmatic and detail-oriented businessman, he brings his years of experience to House where he is responsible for overseeing the internal operations and financial divisions of the company and supporting strategic corporate growth initiatives.

After graduating with a degree in business from Bentley University, Guy entered the commercial real estate industry as a broker. He later earned his MBA from The University of Texas at Austin, where he concentrated on real estate analysis and investment.

In 2001, he co-founded Streetsense with longtime friend, Marc Ratner. Guy served as President of the company and was responsible for overseeing operations and strategic growth initiatives. In 2017, Streetsense merged with CBRE, a Fortune 500 company, at which time he left the company to join House Studios.

Joining the executive team at House is a nod to Guy’s childhood, having grown up in a family deeply rooted in the music and record industry. Guy and his wife have always been conscious of the critical importance of promoting Equality and Human Rights in every aspect of their lives.
