Ermanno Florio

Ermanno Florio is the Music Director & Principal Conductor at Houston Ballet. Ermanno was previously the Music Director at Het Nationale Ballet - Dutch National Ballet from September 2004 to July 2012, and at American Ballet Theatre from July 1998 to July 2001. Ermanno also served as the Music Director at The National Ballet of Canada from June 1985 to June 1990.

Ermanno Florio's educational career began at the Accademia Musicale Chigiana. Ermanno then attended the Faculty of Music at the University of Toronto. Finally, they studied at the Toronto Symphony.
