Maryjane Bavaret

Maryjane Bavaret is the current Director of Information Technology at Houston Ballet. Maryjane has over 15 years of experience in the IT field, with a focus on telecommunications and security systems. Prior to their current position, they were the Technology Manager at the Houston Area Women's Center, where they oversaw all technology needs for the organization. Maryjane has also worked as a Product & Test Engineer for Nanya Technology, a Technology Consultant for Bucannan Technology Consultant, and a Network Analyst for Delgado Community College.

Maryjane Bavaret's educational career includes continuing their education at Tulane University in the field of Computer Information Systems, as well as taking courses in Access Control Essentials & Digital Media Security through Lenel. Maryjane has also taken courses in Network Firewall/VPN's through Juniper Networks-Dynamic WW Training and earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Delgado Community College. Finally, Maryjane Bavaret holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Dietetics from Nicholls State University and an Associate's degree CIS in Computer Science from Delgado Community College.
