Catarina Tendeiro

Catarina Tendeiro serves as the People & Organization Senior Director at Hovione since October 2022 and has been an Editorial Board Advisor for Human Resources Portugal since 2016. With extensive experience in leadership and talent management, inclusion and diversity, and employer branding, Catarina held various senior roles including Head of People & Organization at Grupo Ageas Portugal and Director of Human Resources at KPMG Portugal. Catarina's career began at IKEA Portugal, where significant contributions included the launch of the initial store and the development of HR strategies and programs. Additionally, Catarina has held HR Director positions at Volkswagen and Teknoland, alongside earlier HR experience at Banco BPI. Educational qualifications include an Executive Education degree from London Business School and a Certificate in Coaching from the International Coaching Federation, complemented by a degree in Sociology from Universidade Moderna de Lisboa.
