Aleeza Oshry

Aleeza Oshry has extensive experience in program management and education, with a focus on accessibility and sustainability. At Howard Hughes Medical Institute, Aleeza served as Technical Program and Accessibility Manager, overseeing accessibility compliance, resource development, and training initiatives. Aleeza also held the role of Production Manager, improving communication and documentation practices. As a Writer Editor for the University of California, Berkeley, Aleeza developed curriculum frameworks and facilitated educator training. Aleeza contributed significantly to the Sustainability Initiative at The Associated: Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore, integrating sustainable practices within a non-profit context. Earlier career roles included teaching science at multiple educational institutions and serving as a Geologist, managing fieldwork and regulatory compliance for commercial clients. Aleeza holds a Master's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and completed leadership and management courses at the Darrell Friedman Institute for Professional Development.
