Lily Lopez-McGee, PhD, currently serves as the Executive Director at Diversity Abroad since January 2022, and holds the position of Adjunct Professor at American University since August 2018, where instruction includes a master’s level course on "International Education and Exchange: Policies and Practices." Previously, Lily served as the Director of the Thomas R. Pickering Foreign Affairs Program and Deputy Director of the Charles B. Rangel International Affairs Program at Howard University from August 2016 to January 2022. Earlier roles at Diversity Abroad included Manager, contributing to national conferences and diversity training for international education professionals. Lily's experience also encompasses project management roles at UNCFSP and various positions that involved leadership training and curriculum development.
