Gideon Fojas, MBA, MSSM, is an experienced plant manager with a diverse background in operations and leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Vistech Manufacturing Solutions, Gideon previously held significant roles, including Site Operations Manager at Chromalloy, where operations management encompassed a site generating $72 million in sales. At Raytheon Technologies, Gideon excelled as Associate Director/Site General Manager at Collins Aerospace, overseeing military landing gear assembly with annual sales of $162 million.
