Piyush Agarwal

Piyush Agarwal is currently the VP, Head of IT Operations at HP. Piyush has previously worked as the Sr. Manager - Corporate Applications at Apple Inc from June 2013 to June 2016 and at Agilent Technologies from January 2009 to June 2013 where they managed Infrastructure Solution delivery teams across Agilent IT.

Agarwal has been instrumental in several key IT initiatives including cloud computing, consolidation, Technology Refresh & Virtualization. Piyush successfully executed a DC migration in a Sponsorship role and provided decisions on data center build and migration/execution strategy. Piyush also worked with Key Stakeholders and IT/Business executives on company-wide downtime on DC migration planning/grouping and executions to minimize impact to the businesses.

Under their leadership, the team was able to architect and h/w re-platform the Business application (Siebel and Oracle) to realize one time saving and running costs of multi million dollars per year.

Piyush Agarwal received a BS in Electrical Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University.
