Currently, Frank serves as an Author at Unsecured Lending Risk Management, providing educational resources for consumer credit professionals, and plays a key role in building risk management for Spruce, a neo-banking platform under H&R Block. Previously, Frank held positions including Vice President of Risk Management at Union Bank, where responsibilities included managing credit card and peer-to-peer lending risks, and Senior Credit Portfolio Manager at Wells Fargo, overseeing portfolios worth $7.5 billion. Additionally, Frank has engaged in community involvement through career consulting and coaching, and contributed to industry networking as a member of the Risk Management Committee at GARP.
