Zovig Garboushian

Zovig Garboushian is the Founder and CEO of Boldness Ablaze Coaching®, where Zovig specializes in speaking and executive coaching for women leaders, drawing on nearly 25 years of business experience and over 20 years of training and certifications. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member for HR.com, Zovig contributes to the development of industry direction and best practices in coaching and mentoring. Zovig has also acted as a Program Facilitator for the Women's Leadership Initiative at the University of Delaware and held senior consulting roles focused on organizational effectiveness at Unify Consulting. Previous roles encompass leadership in professional development programs at Mediabistro, multimedia marketing at Time Inc. and Rodale Inc., and significant marketing contributions at Time Inc. managing large-scale advertising projects. Zovig holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University-Sacramento.
