Cristina Monterroso

Cristina Monterroso is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Complex Director of Human Resources at HRI Hospitality since May 2025, Cristina has previously held key leadership roles, including Director of Human Resources at Aimbridge Hospitality from September 2021 to May 2025, and Human Resources Director at Bourbon Orleans Hotel from February 2019 to May 2025. Earlier in the career, Cristina worked in various human resources capacities at Marriott International- Renaissance Pere Marquette from March 2012 to July 2016. Cristina holds a degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Delgado.
