Kathleen Wells

Kathleen Wells, FCS, CFC, currently serves as the Director of Consultant Relations at HSA Bank, a division of Webster Bank, N.A., since August 2021. Previously, Kathleen held several key positions, including Senior Account Manager for UHS, where responsibilities included managing a diverse book of employer groups and developing association health plans for Nevada organizations. Kathleen's experience also encompasses a role as Business Development Executive at Alegeus, educating Anthem Sales Account Executives on an integrated financial account platform, and serving as Director of Product/Sales and Compliance at Blue Shield of California, focusing on member experience and procedure optimization. Kathleen began a career in business development as Vice President at Leslie B. Lesh & Associates, where performance fibers for the NFL were developed. Educational qualifications include studies at Widener University and California Lutheran University.
