Charlotte Battisti is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in capital markets and electronic trading. Currently serving as an Executive Talent Acquisition Partner at HSBC, Charlotte leads MD level hiring processes within Corporate and Institutional Banking since September 2025. Prior experience includes founding and leading the EMEA Capital Markets practice at Atlantic Group, where Charlotte specialized in front-office quantitative finance and systematic trading from October 2019 to August 2025. Previous roles also include Executive Director at Options Group, Partner at MCL Search Ltd, and various positions focusing on algorithmic and quantitative trading.
