Rhonda Novak is a seasoned compliance and privacy professional with extensive experience in various sectors, including healthcare and legal services. Currently serving as the Compliance and Chief Privacy Officer at HST Pathways, Rhonda oversees compliance with regulations and collaborates with Information Security and Legal teams to enhance the compliance framework. Previous roles include Director of Quality & Compliance at Mingus Mountain Academy, where responsibility encompassed compliance and quality improvement for over 100 residents, and Chief Compliance Officer at Yuma Regional Medical Center, leading ethics and compliance initiatives and managing accreditation efforts.
