Kate Klease

Kate is Head of People and Culture at HTHA and previously held the role as Head of Business Partnering at RACV. Kate is an experienced leader with a proven track record of delivering significant people, profitability and business transformation outcomes in rapidly changing, complex environments.

Kate’s career spans a range of industries including technology, manufacturing, resources, financial services, retail, food, leisure, and NFP at senior executive and board levels. Key to Kate’s success, is her ability to develop a deep commitment to build trust and relationships at all levels of an organisation.

Kate holds a Bachelor of Business, Marketing & Psychology from the Queensland University of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from Charles Sturt University. Kate has completed the Disruptive Strategy program at Harvard Business School.
