Stuart Hickleton

Stuart is the Head of Trade Operations at HTHA. Stuart brings extensive experience to HTHA with his career spanning over 35 years managing diverse teams in domestic, commercial and civil construction roles within the utilities, infrastructure and building industries.

With a building and construction qualification, he currently manages a workforce of trade partner companies and internal employees. Stuart has very strong skills in working both at an operational and strategic level. Stuart develops a clear understanding of the motivators behind people and works closely with them to bring out the best in his team.

He is passionate about safety and systems and values the opportunity to help businesses grow.
